"Quote for car repair"

I took my car to panelcraft who had been recommended to me I asked for a quote for my car as it had been hit up the back the chap took all my details and the car details and said he would get back to me I rang on several occasions over a 3 week period and got told they will get back to me which they never and I'm still waiting so wouldn't recommend them at all very poor service not a good way to run a business.
